  • Flat Fee full-time/direct hire placements.   TalentConnect offers a very unique “Tiered Flat Fee” placement model that is designed to save tens of thousands of dollars over time. This option is best for companies that are growing rapidly and looking to hire multiple resources aggressively over a period of months or even years. These placements are secured with our “90-day money back guarantee”.
  • Contingency placement plan for full-time/direct hire placements.   If you’re not looking to hire in bulk, perhaps you only need to hire occasionally, this is a good option for you. This contingency fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year base salary and varies depending on the scope of the project, difficulty of search, and duties performed.  We will work with you to give you the best value, and will usually beat out our competitors, saving you thousands of dollars per placement. This agreement also includes our 90-day money back guarantee.
  • Contract and Temp-to-Perm Staffing.   Only need to hire someone for a short (or long) term project? Want to "try before you buy"? TalentConnect also offers contract and contract-to-hire options to our clients as well. We have everything set up and ready to go when placing contractors on your projects and we can handle all of the contract staffing administrative processes (insurance, payroll, workers comp, etc), if needed.
  • RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) & Hourly sourcing.  Already have a strong internal recruitment team?
